Currently at 19:00 quite subarctic, -8.4c, clear, in the nearest station 6 cm of snow on the ground, in fact in my place more, about 10 cm.

Hillsville, VA is getting –16°F dew points right now! Dew points in the single digits-teens °F are widespread west of the I-95 corridor this afternoon.

A snowfall warning is in effects for large parts of Saskatchewan, with many places expecting 10 to 15 cm overnight and tomorrow.
Saskatoon is right on the edge and will be very narrowly avoiding the bulk of it - we've got only 2cm in the forecast tomorrow and no warning or advisory of any kind, while nearby towns like Outlook, Watrous, and Humboldt (approx. 100km away) have a snowfall warning and are expecting to get the full amount.

Officially zero snow depth in Winnipeg as of today. Source: Wow thats incredible, does Canada use "trace" snowcover or is that just a US thing? I lost my complete snowcover on March 2nd after 47 straight days, but still have drifts in shaded areas and piles counting for a "trace" of snow since March 2nd. those may be gone after the next three days of 15C+

Speagles84 Don’t believe so, as I’ve never heard that term here for snow depth. The airport sensor reported zero snow depth on March 2, but that’s an open field on outskirts of city. This EC observer I believe has their device in a residential backyard.

Was the calm before the storm today. Near blue dome sky which made it feel quite mild. Now we have to contend with rain and wind until the weekend... guess its more exciting than what we've recently been going through aka cloudy and 8C.

Not sure how the rest of the province fared with their snowfall warning, but Saskatoon got only a light dusting, not even the full 2cm we were told. Which is totally fine by me, I have no desire for more snow at this time of the year. The day actually ended up bright and sunny and just below 0C which was nice.
The snow melt is progressing along nicely, plenty of streets that are nice and bare now, and there are noticeably fewer massive puddles than late last week.

Another day of really steady temps. Morning low was 67 F (19.4 C), currently 71 F (21.7 C) and mostly cloudy with a strong breeze (34 km/hr sustained, gusting to 45 km/hr), heading up to 75 F (23.9 C) with mostly cloudy skies and continued breezy conditions.
I don't mind the breeze so much, but these steady ass temps are boring me half to death.

Cool winds from Key Biscayne blew over the city for only a few minutes inbetween hourly readings and quickly stopped.

This week, temperature anomalies. It was/is quite idiotic to experience a negative anomaly, while there is even a positive anomaly in the immediate region. However, it was even worse in Russia and Finland.
