Hmm, I was definitely expecting more than 403 from England after the start they got, still got a decent chance though. I can't see us winning both the next two so we need this to keep the series going. Re. Sydney being one of our favourite grounds in Australia, how many of our wins there were dead rubbers when we were 3-0 or 3-1 down? I haven't stayed up all night to follow one of these matches yet, I'll have to save it for Sydney if we're 1-2 or 2-2

At this point I think England should just pack up and catch the first flight back. Disgraceful.

The pitch is flat as fuck, though your tail could have wagged a bit more. Surely you won't let Mitchell Marsh make 200, that'd be the greatest shame ever

Michael Vaughan talking out of his backside again. It hit a crack and got lucky, you can't compare the to Warne's delivery, which was deliberate. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/42377115

Excellent delivery but nowhere near Ryan Harris' first ball peach in 2013/14

It'll be a fun series because the Australian tail starts at 3 and their bowlers are made of glass. quoting this because I am a

B87 probably still thinks we have a chance of winning the series.

Interesting article about why England don't produce as many genuine fast bowlers as Australia. www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/42287181But tbh, I think they're identifying the wrong problems. The pace attack is okay, although the two best bowlers are both over 30, Anderson will retire soon. England lack a great spinner, and their batting has been abysmal, and on decent batting pitches too. Everyone said making Root captain would be mistake, just let the guy concentrate on his batting.

I went to the one where chris gayle equalled the fastest ever t20 fifty, the ball was flying everywhere and dropped 3 rows in front of me on one occasion! Renegades vs strikers if I recall correctly, and the 'gades ended up losing!

Lol, Gayle always goes after those records. Guy's an absolute monster in T20.
Last T20 I attended was England vs Australia at Old Trafford in 2009. Got to see the Australia innings and a fierce spell from Brett Lee at his best, but then it was rained off.

Australia seems to have done a really good job with the Big Bash from what I've seen, we have the t20 Blast over here but it hasn't really taken off in the same way. I feel sorry for the bowlers in T20 tbh because they've got no chance, but it's a hell of a show! I was going to say I was looking forward to the Big Bash because it's the only cricket on free-to-air in this country, but apparently that's no longer the case, it's now on BT Sport which I don't get
