The dewpoint has been around 60F/15.5C all day today here in Durham, NC. That's great for this time of year. Today's high was also only 86F/30C, and I walked for over an hour outdoors, only barely breaking a sweat.

After the shitfest July, August has been off to a nice start. 84/57 today with sunny skies, past 3 days were similar with sun, pleasant temps and high diurnals.
This summer Im really seeing how important summer sunshine is, in winter I like mostly cloudy days but in summer overcast days just feel blah and crummery and can fuck right off.

The Mediterranean heat wave continues...odd how Paleochora had an overnight low that warm. Foehn effect? Time for me to jump off a bridge. Had enough I have to refrain from clicking on this thread for my own good.

86/60 today, first 30 c since July 26th.
5th straight day of sunny and 25+ f diurnal ranges. Looks like the dry stretch will end soon with hot, humid and wet conditions returning this weekend. At least there should be some runs at 90 to start the week.

Yesterday tied the warmest low of the year, had low of 82 F (27.8 C), got up to 91 F (32.8 C) in the afternoon with no storms.
This morning had a low of 78 F (25.6 C)....cold snap! Looks like it was caused by a sprinkle that dropped 0.03" (0.8 mm) of rain. It's 80 F (26.7 C) with a 76 F (24.4 C) dew point as of 6 am, headed up to 91 F (32.8 C) with a 50% chance of thunderstorms this afternoon.

Big thunderstorm rolling into town this evening! This could very well be the last one of the year, as we are near the normal end of thunderstorm season. Hopefully we get a decent amount of rain out of it.

Hopefully we get a decent amount of rain out of it. That seems really early. You donโt get thunderstorms in the 2nd half of August or early September? Pleasant streak ended today. Temps in the mid 80s with dews in the mid 60s. Had a little thunder in the evening but it only rained lightly for a few minutes.

I can't remember if it was last summer or the one before but we did keep having regular thunderstorms into September and that was quite exceptional. Most years the vast majority of thunderstorms will happen between mid-May and late July.

Humid again today, high was 85 (29 c) with dews in the upper 60s. Dew reached 70 for the first time in awhile in the evening.
Looks like a heatwave coming with 90s forecast the next few days. Hopefully get some interesting temps, Iโll definitely take this over the humid mid 80s.
Absolutely nothing to write about back in Fort Collins. Except for the June heatwave itโs been a very stable, slightly above average summer with occasional light t-storms. Nothing to comment on.
