Low was 69 F (21 C) this morning and it warmed up to 86 F (30 C) in the afternoon, very May-like day today. There's some dark clouds in the sky but not shit is gonna come from them.

Sunny with temps around 10-14C in Metro Vancouver today. Cherry blossoms are really noticeable now in western sections of Vancouver, less so inland. A couple more days like this and they'll be in full bloom.

Who knows, maybe a spring/summer 2014 repeat for you guys I'd love to be under a ridge thru October. I could live with a crummer if august is dry and not too cool and I get some nice heat in Wyoming. That said, โspringโ needs to warm up ASAP. After Saturday the next week is all 30s and 40s. In fucking April. The average high is around 50 this time of year.

We'll have a few highs in the 40s, when the average high is nearing 60 this point of year

Just nasty....sounds like spring 2011 over here which was our last "cold" spring...temps didn't hit 20C until June.

Can't remember the last time we had a cold fall, 2015, 2016, and 2017 are 3 of the warmest 5 falls on record. Spring is an entirely different story however...

w2.weather.gov/climate/xmacis.php?wfo=mflMarch came out 1.0 F (0.6 C) below average, mostly because of the lows. Keep in mind this is a station a lot closer to the coast, lowest temp at my house was more like 43-44 F. EDIT: Link doesn't work. March came out to averages of 79.3/59.0 (26.3/15.0) when normals are 78.5/61.6 (25.8/16.4). First below average March since 2013.

Lovely overcast morning with a slight breeze and temperature of 53 F/12 C. Winter Weather Advisory for tomorrow: ...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 1 PM EDT MONDAY... * WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected, with locally 6 inches possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and northern New Jersey, as well as eastern Pennsylvania. * WHEN...A brief wintry mix in some areas develops and quickly changes to snow between about Midnight and 3 AM Monday, then snow continues moderate to potentially heavy at times during the morning before tapering off around midday. Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour may occur at times between about 4 AM and 9 AM Monday. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions, including during the Monday morning commute. Expect reduced visibilities at times. The snowfall rates will significantly affect how much snow accumulates on roadways, as rates at or greater than an inch per hour with temperatures near freezing will result in untreated roads becoming slushy to snow covered. High temperatures Monday afternoon in the 40s will lead to rapid melting.

Every April since 2000 has hit at least 77 (25 C). The last April to not hit 70 was 1989.
11 Aprilโs havenโt hit 70, about 1 in 13 years. The last time was 29 years ago, so weโre long overdue.
โข5 of 11 didnโt reach 60 in March โข4 of 11 hit 60 in February โข9 of 11 came after a below average March
Sensing a pattern? All of those things happened this year. I called the cold March way back in February and Iโm calling a below average April right now. Nothing above 51 (11 C) in the 10-day forecast, but I think not hitting 70 will be a stretch but 75-80 will be very surprising.
Also, 13 of 16 months have been wetter than normal.
My prediction for April: 52/35, highest temp 72, lowest temp 24, 4โ of rain, 3-5โ snow, 2 ice days, 1st 70 after the 25th

Spring is cancelled this year. There is a silver lining; the years that end in 9 all seem to have warm and sunny summers.
