cold night in southern sweden. -2.4C in hagshult mo. göteborg had 4.7C as low. And there we have it, final proof that southern Sweden is colder than Estonia.

Had heavy rain for a good part of the day. Nearly 2 in/50 cm has fallen with more on the way tomorrow. Temperature is expected to rise overnight and tomorrow is forecast to reach a balmy 80 F/27 C.

dewpoint swings are always more dramatic than temperature swings; and dewpoint swings get larger as summer leaves

We had an epic thunderstorm last night with lightning every 3-5 seconds, frequent, long, booming thunder and torrential rain. Easily the best storm this year!
Today is is a rainy, shitty washout though. We had 0.69” (18 mm) yesterday, and somehow only 0.03” (1 mm) today—must be missing the airport rn.
Last night didn’t go below 68 (20 C), the warmest overnight low since mid month.
