Sandnessjøen Airport 2018
Sandnessjøen is at 66°N, just 137 km south of the Arctic Circle.
The airport is on Alsten island just of the mainland. The airport is in a rural setting, the town slightly further north on the island. The mountains The Seven Sisters (up to 1,072 m ASL) are located just east of the airport, so there is a föhn potential at this location; it has recorded 19.4°C in November.

This data from Infoclimat looks ok, I have checked it against data from yr/met.no. Annual mean 6.3°C and annual low not even -11°C despite cold weather in Feb and Mar. A low of 22.2°C on July 29th.
Precipitation data from a nearby station in the municipality (Tjøtta; recorded 31.7°C in July but lacks the interesting föhn-potential): Jan: 57.3 mm Feb: 30.2 mm Mar: 36.9 mm Apr: 113.3 mm May: 35 mm Jun: 75.5 mm Jul: 35.3 mm Aug: 201.5 mm Sep: 264.5 mm Oct: 192.6 mm Nov: 79.3 mm Dec: 81.6 mm

Here is a 13- month weather graph for Kongsberg (170 m, "brannstasjon" = fire station), a town of ca 25,000 people situated inland W of Drammen and Oslo. This graph is from yr.no and the snow pack is slated grey. As can be seen, there was a continous snowpack from early December through to mid-April, with about 80 cm - 110 cm snow on the ground most of this period, and max snow depth 112 cm on Feb 21. The blue pillars are precipitation. Temperatures at Kongsberg is approximately like Drammen in summer (slightly colder lows) but a little colder than Drammen in winter.
Infoclimat has pretty correct averages for 2018. Nov mean was -3.7C.

It's nice to look at these, thanks for doing them.
I remember seeing some impossible readings at West Yellowstone Gateway but it looks like they were removed. There was a 69/0 day in September and a night around 10 in June. They still have a 16F in June and August that didn't get removed. Also this summer averaged 81/33 in July and 78/29 in August which is 5 to 10 degrees colder than normal at night. That's odd.
Apparently West Yellowstone had a 30/-9 day in September 1926. I'll try to find where that was recorded.Edit: Found it. It was the original West Yellowstone station, not West Yellowstone Gateway.
Station metadata . The old station right near the current West Yellowstone Gateway station. (link to map) The old station is in black. The new "Gateway" station is red. I don't know why the Gateway station would be colder, it is 16 feet higher elevation.
Daily Data for September 1926: 30/-9 and snow, crazy 1-day cold snap.
Here is the lowest temps nearby that week: i.imgur.com/LCnFfHL.png. Another station saw -5F and several saw near 0. It is really cold, but not unreasonable. West Yellowstone also saw -3F in September 1983, too.

Wettest year on record, with 97.6% of the annual rainfall coming in 32 days in january and february. There was a huge warm up in autumn with maximum temps in april being 2C above average. Minimums stayed low throughout winter and had to catch up to average throughout spring.

Uppsala 2018. Incredible sunshine, especially in May. Who would've thought Uppsala of all places, not being an island or even near the coast, would break the Swedish sunshine record in May. Also three months with exactly 23.4'C highs lol. December's sunshine is taken from Stockholm as it isn't finalized yet. Could be a little higher considering places further north as well as inland of Stockholm were sunnier.

Interesting how the average summer diurnal ranges are high yet the record highs/lows aren't that far from the averages. Leadville and Aspen seem to have this tendency most apparently.
