First 70°F low recorded at LEX yesterday. The past two days hit 89°F, and today’s forecast is 89 once again. Maybe we’ll be able to eek out 90?

Below average weather will continue for the southwest for the forseable future. Tuesday should be the last significantly below average day however, but won't return to average until at least June 5th it's looking like

Hit 90°F for the second day in a row!
30% chance of thunderstorms tomorrow evening. Not holding my breath, but it’s better than nothing.

I was chatting with everyone on the shoutbox around 730 about the impending Severe Thunderstorm coming my way, then I read the warning saying hail was likely. Went downstairs to pull my car into the garage, and my phone blew up saying that a tornado was in my township and to seek shelter (I've never had a tornado warning call out my township where I live before). I grabbed my cats and hid in the basement for 45 minutes until it was over. I lost power for awhile. No tornado was in my immediate area, checking twitter now for damage. Captured this image of the radar at 8:00 PM Eastern. I live inside the blue circle

Yesterday hit 85 (29 C) out of nowhere and today also zoomed by the forecast and hit 79 (26 C).
Yesterday also had 2 rounds of very nice thunderstorms.
About fucking time.

big temperature and humidity contrast in the Northeast: warm and muggy air in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, especially western PA . Cold and wet airmass over New England, pop up t-storms starting over western PA. 81°F and humid in Pittsburgh, Boston barely over 50°F and nearby New Hampshire in the 40s

53 (12 C) and drizzle in mid afternoon on May 28th.
Absolutely disgusting for almost June.
And what makes it even worse is just last week the next few days were supposed to be in the 80s. Instead of summery warmth, now some fucking cold front is giving us cold and rain and late April weather. Not sure when the last time NWS was so completely wrong was.
And by the way, it got to 77 in fucking Dansville. Same place where it hit 91 earlier this month. Yes, this place is only 40 miles away...

Damn nearly the exact opposite weather here from Rochester, currently 32 C with a 21 C dew point, 35 C heat index. Second 32 C (90 F) day in three days, decent heat for late May.

We've been having a few bouts of late March weather the last couple weeks now. Yesterday only had a high of 26.1°C, which is our average high from March 20th to March 22nd
