All the three gold medals of South Korea were achieved from archery.
The women's team takes the 9th consecutive Olympic champion title since the event was introduced in 1988, absolutely unbeatable!

South Korea defend men's sabre team title(Fencing).
France wins the gold medal in men's double sculls(Rowing).
I don't care much about the Olympic football but the French were humiliated by Japan with a score result of 4-0.

Richard Carapaz got Ecuador's 2nd ever gold medal, and it was in cycling (road race).
As for Team USA, Simone Biles withdrawing has to be the biggest story yet of Tokyo 2021. And thankfully we torched the Iranians in basketball. Always feels good to destroy and humiliate an enemy nation in sport. Back on track now after the shocking loss to France.

Apparently one of our best days at the olympics in our history with 7 medals. We have to hoard medals now because once athletics starts there's nothing on offer for us.

Winter Olympics are way more interesting, haven’t really followed these ones at all and don’t really care.
Just hope the US basketball team loses, don’t like a bunch of the players on it and fun to see underdog teams win.

Finland has secured its first medal of the Tokyo 2020 Olympics after Matti Mattsson finished in third place in the 200-metre breaststroke on Thursday morning.
The 27-year-old swimmer from Pori also set a new Finnish record for the event, with a time of 2:07:03.
Nice, first medal for us!
