The forecast for the next ten days looks a bit better now. Not warmer. Better as in, "something that's not cloudy oceanic bullshit the entire fucking time". Next Monday now forecast to be -3/-11C and partly cloudy, which is too fucking cold for mid-March, but at least different from the neverending oceanic Mickey Mouse shit that we've been suffering from for the past two weeks!!!
Here are the temperatures in Binghamton in Celsius so far this month:
8/1 1/-4 -1/-4 -1/-6 -1/-6 3/-6 -1/-3 -1/-6 0/-6 -2/-5 -2/-6 0/-9 -2/-6
Ffs, ALMOST EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY is -1/-5, with a standard deviation of 1C. THIS CLIMATE MAKES FUCKING BELFAST LOOK EXCITING IN COMPARISON!!!

^That looks absolutely dreadful.
The start of March was the coldest on record here, but it's getting milder now. The standard deviation is 3.8ยฐC this month.

The first March night here had a low of -22.5ยฐC on one of the stations (Skjetlein) in the municipality just south of the city. This was the coldest March night here the last 117 years! - since 1901 which recorded -22.7ยฐC - when the station was closer to the fjord. Only 0.2ยฐC from the all-time low. Very unusual to get that close to all-time lows now. All-time highs on the other hand...
Guess I have seen the most extreme and unusual low this March.
Except for Cowboy-Bob of course and his -42ยฐC in Folldal up near the mountains!

September in the south is like that annoying ass mosquito that buzzes by your ear and doesn't want to leave you alone.

Which of these will happen first?
1) I become a billionaire 2) Hell freezes over 3) Northeast has an above-average March 4) I fuck Jessica Biel

I highly doubt it'd ever get to 27/19, maybe in the 2081-2110 averages. Current average is 25/16. We will probably be compensated by colder than average December sometime in the next 20 year period.

Temps so far this month in C:
6/0 1/-1 3/-1 1/-3 0/-7 4/-2 3/-1 1/-3 3/-3 1/-3 1/-4 1/-8 1/-5 0/-2
Worst week of weather in history here. Well not quite cuz thereโs been no rain but itโs still extremely shitty weather.
Saturday night is forecast at -10 but the coldest high is just -2 on Friday and the warmest temp is just 3 late next week. The highest temp for the whole month could very well be 6, which is the average high for March.

This is Buxton, UK for comparison. TBH temps don't tell the whole story due to the fact that part of the trouble is the complete absence of sun.

Also wouldnt say this is the worst "week", we've already had 2 weeks of this bullshit with no end in sight

Also wouldnt say this is the worst "week", we've already had 2 weeks of this bullshit with no end in sight Well weโve had 0.00โ of rain this month. Imagine if we had this shit except half the days were 3/1 and moderate rain instead of 1/-3 and overcast. Now that would be the worst weather possible. Good point about a week, I guess I was just thinking a week for some reason but it will likely be at least 4. My true nightmare March would be these temps with all the snow falling as rain, but but this isnโt far behind. Definitely the worst month Iโve experienced.

Highs the past six days:
32, 29, 29, 32, 29, 29
Gotta love that instability and variation. Such a diverse range of temperatures. Wow. Best part about the past week is that it has tons to offer to both cold and heat lovers alike

Wikipedia/NOAA say current averages are 25.5/17.2 for 1981-2010 at Miami International. Which weather station are you looking at?

Queens (LGA)
2016 2012 2006 1991 2010 1998 2017 1990 1953 (wtf) 2001
9 of the 10 warmest years in Queens happened since 1990. With the exception of 1953...weird
