Following my sister report, there were flakes in the village and in some moments the grass looked white-ish of wet snow, but the real snow is 50-100 m above our place. Nice snow line, anyway.

Update 1: the snow started to stick on the ground at about 8 pm (^ sorry for the bad picture, but that's taken from a balcony during the night) It will continue to snow all over the night, or it will eventually turn into rain again? (The forecast say that there will be heavy precipitation all over the night until 7 am tomorrow, anyway). The next update tomorrow morning.

Final update of this first snow day of the season. We got wet snow (which mostly melted during the night), hard to exclude rainy moments, and at the end we woke up with < 5 cm of very wet snow. Still, our wild palm tree doesn't seem to enjoy this too much. Now I'm on the way to Turin, basically it didn't snow below 500 m.

The first real accumulation of wet snow just happened. A little half-assed but better than nothing.
