Next weeks forecast looks fucking dreadful.
Every day is either snowy or overcast, every high is between 1-3 C, and no lows are below -4 C.
If this holds true, this could be an extremely rare march that doesn’t record an ice day while having just 1 day in the 40s the first 15+ days.
The cold would be tolerable if there were some variation and the days alternated between -7 C and 11 C rather than just 2 fucking weeks of constant 2 C and overcast. Hell, even a week of fucking -10 C would be better as that would at least be interesting.
The world’s most oceanic crap places would be proud of a forecast like ours.
And don’t dare say I can’t complain after that epic February. I guarantee anyone would complain about a shitty ass pattern even after a great month.
We better get a late month warm spell so this Marchuary doesn’t become the 5th out of 6 below average.
From 1981-2010, we averaged 4 days above 60 (16 C) in March. Since then Marchuary has averaged just 2.3 days in the 60s. March 2012 has 18 days above 60, just 1 less than in all the other Marchuaries since 2010 combined.
FUCK THIS BULLSHIT!!!!! I’M DONE WITH BELOW AVERAGE MARCH EVERY FUCKING YEAR!!
FUCK ME DEAD AND BUGGER ME SIDEWAYS!!

^ This truly is one of the nastiest forecasts I have ever seen, reminds me of a typical January in Northern Europe. Stable, cold, oceanic, cloudy, shit. I agree I'd rather have -10C at this point as that would at least be more memorable than two weeks of temperatures in the 30s

Similar shit in my forecast, you might think it's more normal here, but actually we'd except a lot more sun in the forecast than overcast every day. Also the forecast is constantly downgrading every update. Just 5-7 degrees every day with rain, drizzle or mist. Honestly, it's better than having ice on the ground though IMO. At least I can easily walk everywhere I want.

You're at 400 metres, so you can expect at least a 4c drop in temps. It's unsurprising, given Manchester's 10c highs in March.

Next weekend is looking spectacular for the Vancouver area. Lows near 0C with highs climbing to around 15C under sunny skies. Perfect spring weather IMO.
We've had snow on the ground since ~15th Feb so it will be nice to see it finally melt.

Northeaster #2. And probably our biggest snowstorm of the season (forecast 1 foot / 30 cm) still clear even with the coming storm. Clear on the radar, storm rolling in; from yesterday this morning via GOES from the NWS page

I should stop looking at Binghamton forecasts since I'm probably not going back until Sunday anyways lol NYC looks below average but at least sunny for the rest of the week

Only 1-2” for the city and <1” for me forecast for Wednesday. Doesn’t matter though, there’s already 10” of snow on the ground that’s not going away any time soon. At this point I’ll take 10-12” and another day off and at least something interesting than flurries.

There's a good chance of experiencing both 80s and 40s going from tomorrow afternoon into Wednesday Night/Thursday Morning. 80/51 being predicted. Low has been lowered to 47 F for Thursday night, not a bad effort!
