Still nothing good in the forecast. Looks like it will be a 5-day warmup, most of which will be merely seasonable, and then back to the freezer. The long-term forecast looks like shit with no hope for a warmup

All of the people in this thread who constantly expect April to be just like June and then throw a fit when the law of averages kicks in: what gives? Who expects April to be like June? I expect April to be like April; ~6 hrs sunshine a day, dry and settled conditions with temps in the mid-teens. Not overcast and rainy with temps struggling to get above 10-12c. First week of April in London would average around 12-13ยฐC not mid teens. It's hardly surprising that once in a while it struggles to reach 12ยฐC. Sorry about the rain. It's been nice and sunny here. |

Not often you see charts like this in April, look quickly before it disappears. This chart is for 18th April. If this happened this spring would certainly be doing a complete 180.  |

I was under the impression there was a poll conducted for each member who was considered, which determined if they were invited or not. I know that was the case for me and a lot of other members on here, so I assumed it would be the same for everyone.

Average in the first week of April is 13c, up to 16c in the last week, and typically the coldest day of the month will see 10-11c, yet weve had a few days now of 7-9c, not to mention Feb-Mar both being 2c below normal and close to record cloudiness (which will continue to at least the middle of April). April should typically see 3 days above 20c, that's not expecting April to be like June. |

What a fucking day weatherwise, reached 93 F (34 C) with a 68 F (20 C) dew point at the time, another scorcher, and then an absolute deluge fell, 2.21" (56 mm) of rain fell in the past three hours! Tornadoes were reported at FXE  w1.weather.gov/data/obhistory/KFXE.htmlMuch cooler now with temps in the low 70s, with lots of clouds and windy. Very nice. |

Above average in January is pointless anyway, as it doesn't ever feel warm with the weak sun. This is the time of year to get it, and we can have some beautiful spring weather, just not recently. A warm Spring almost feels better than summer imo, as it's straight after a long dark winter. For us, a warm February still feels like a nice break from โreal winterโ. Sunny 10c or 15c days are nice. We had a 25c day last February but that was a record |

A warm February usually means sunny and dry for us too, as opposed to January or December which are usually very cloudy and/or wet.

Actually we did vote on you, the first few weeks we wanted to get this forum populated as soon as possible so we got through a lot of votes on non-controversial C-D regulars really quickly, e.g. if it was 8-0 after half a day we called it a win and invited them there and then  |

Absolute nightmare weather. I bet itโll end sometime in June if weโre lucky, May will probably be a repeat of last year or worse.
