Best on my latitude: Lincoln, England, just a bit SE of here. It has decent enough summers and milder winters than most dumps on my latitude, as well as being dry.
Worst: All those interior Siberia/Canada ones, and eastern Russia by the sea.

Best: Florida (especially Okeechobee, Glades, and inland Martin counties), northeast India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Yunnan Province, China
Worst: The entire width of the African continent, Saudi Arabia, and Iran

40 N: Best: Naples, Italy, perhaps somewhere else in Italy/Spain with wetter summers but I think this is as good as I'll get at this latitude Worst: Hohhot, China, somewhere else in Inner Mongolia or Gansu might be even worse, these are terrible climates general is really bad |
