The best on my latitude is probably Norrköping or possibly even mine. That one's often more pleasant to talk about. But which one is your worst? My latitude's worst is undoubtedly Inukjuak! No comparison... This climate is so cold year-round that I don't believe even Alex and Saritra like it Gotta love though how Inukjuak gets a stronger sun year round than here at a place where I effortlessly can swim in the sea for much of summer!

Possibly, but preferably your own! I'm sure you can find something interesting in Québec/Labrador Bouvetöya's summers happen because of the gigantic icy landmass to its south that plummets its surrounding water to freak level cold during springs. As a result, it never warms up around their and the ocean stays at that 4C-ish temp all summer

This should have been a "the best and worst climate on your latitude", not just worst. The best on my latitude is Umeå I think, although the other side of the pond could be nice. I'll have to wait until they have comparable data to make my decision.
I prefer Umeå to the Trondheim because it's like 40% drier and sunnier, and has warmer summers even though it's significantly colder overall.
The worst, well anywhere else.

^ Or Baker Lake, Nunavut, Canada with its colder springs and summers. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baker_Lake,_Nunavut In my case, the worst climate at my latitude is Dubai.

I might prefer the coastal Holmsund/Obbola to Umeå though. I don't know the stats for certain but if it's 1.5'C warmer in winter with less extreme lows and 1'C cooler highs in summer (1'C warmer lows), with 2000h of sunshine instead of 1860h, then it's probably better. Also, yeah I think Nyköping is superior to Norrköping. Oxelösund's station is superior due to the approximately 200h of extra sunshine, I think.

Yep, Nyköping has more snow and slightly warmer summer nights. So often even in September I've been going to bed and it's still 14C or something. I live near the water, sure, but still Nöjd nu, Baba?

39N Worst: Valencia Best: Breckenridge, my second-favourite climate in the world At 38.52N sure, but I guess your actual worst is 0.08N north of Badajoz Would you agree with my assessment?

The best then Alex? I guess some weird highland one in Mexico? Yes, probably. I wonder what the number of thunderstorm days is in some of those highland climates in Mexico? I know they can get some wicked cold snaps and even snow at my latitude in those higher elevations of Mexico.

Worst: Los Alamos, New Mexico, USA
Best: It probably is Malta to be honest, most other places seem to have winters too cold for my liking

Kangirsuk is uncited, but if that one's real it's fucking worse than Inukjuak in spite of having a summer landmass to its west It may well be that much colder in summer than Kuujjuaq just 2 degrees farther south in a similar geographic location. Still, Kuujjuaq is a gift that keeps on giving, shielded by land near the coast in a hinterland at 58N and then these summers...

Worst, maybe Puerto Penasco, Mexico. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puerto_Pe%C3%B1asco#Climate There is probably another city worse than that somewhere in the Middle East or north Africa. Not sure about the best, maybe Hattiesburg, MS. Areas east of my location along my latitude are less prone to summer dryness. However, snow/winter storms seem to decrease a bit in likelihood the further east you go on my latitude.
