High was 82 (28 c) today but it was noticeably muggier with dews near 70.
Despite the heat this year it hasnβt been that humid with only 9 days of 70+ dews so far (average is 22 a year).
Of those, only 3 occurred during the day when it was dry and the warmest dew so far is only 73 (23 c), which would be the lowest since 2008.

Going up to 32C with high humidity today. We currently have a heat warning in effect, I don't recall having any last summer.

Gay piece of fucking shit wind kicked in and ruined what could've been an epic low. Low was -1.1C at 2am and then it just went up

Tropical depression (likely to become Tropical Storm Hanna) headed towards Texas around Corpus Christi. Hopefully I get a decent amount of rain from it. I have high precip chances this weekend into next week. Looks like south Texas will get soaked but high pressure remaining strong over north Texas.

Some serious rain this morning - nearly 100 mm! When I woke up it was just drizzling a little. A few rumbles of thunder throughout the day.

It might finally reach 30c on the last day of July, after all! ECWMF has a 37Β°C high for Rome: Subtract about 1Β°C to get the approximate forecast high for where I live in. Also, this is what WO is forecasting for here:

Also, this is what WO is forecasting for here: WO forecasting 29c on 31st, so probably 30-31c possible. A few models also showing chance of a plume in early August, but WO not showing anything like that yet so won't happen.

15.1C high yesterday, 14.8C high today. Around 30 mm of rain. Coldest July highs since 1995.
... And on average this is the hottest time of the year.

Winnipeg is looking quite steamy and hot today - 31C with a 25C dew point at the time of writing this, with a forecast high of 33C and forecast low of 20C. Meanwhile in Saskatoon we're back to milder conditions after our two hot days, just 25C today.
