Nice! Where are you at? Looks like Nunavut or somewhere else super far north.

Today I was around the village for a lonely walk around the fields and woods, while trying to enjoy as much as I could the last day of heat wave. Probably I should start to seriously consider to change smartphone, at this point the pictures look quite bad and I struggle a lot at finding the right focus... But these are all details that I notice more at home than when out in there.

Cherries have just started to bloom in Stockholm. Last year they bloomed mid-February. (Pic from instagram)

A walk at Maggy's Hammock Park in Port Salerno. Things were surprisingly lush considering the drought. Beautyberry flowers Scrub hickory fruiting Maritime hammock, transitioning to xeric hammock Scrub area, with sand pines Prickly pear Florida rosemary, has a wonderful aroma Coral bean Resurrection fern, "resurrected" after Thursday's rain Stranger fig with lots of adventitious roots Paradise tree showing bright red new growth, a lovely tropical native Path through the hammock

Pics from the countryside at the border between Paris region and Normandy yesterday: Undergrowth is leafing out I’m on a similar schedule to you for my spring. Undergrowth here leafing out, cherry blossoms starting to bloom, bigger trees have a yellowish or reddish tint—plenty of budding. Gonna leaf out here mid April likely

It's beginning to cool down after a series of warmish days, before warming up again to 29C on Thursday, followed by a relatively quick cool-down to 15C with rain on Sunday (Yay, variability's back on the menu!) .
Some deciduous trees already look quite autumnal.

You wouldn't think it was about 6C today. Very cold day today in York, but also a very nice day! They haven't loaded

Hiked the Neusiok Trail yesterday down to about a mile before Highway 306. Temperature was in the upper 60s to lower 70s F at the time of making these photos, and they should give a good idea of the current leaf out state here.

Yesterday saw snow during 7'C and sun. It's hard to see the snow flakes in the image, but thebsun was shining, the temperature was 7'C, and the dew point was -8'C and snow was falling. Took a video a few minutes later when there was heavier snowfall.
